Capturing Canberra
In 2023, I participated in the Canberra Museum and Gallery Art Prize for Secondary Students, exploring the theme "Capturing Canberra" through digital photography. The prize was inspired by CMAG's exhibition of Canberra photojournalism.
My winning photograph, "Bike Reflections", captured a moment showing Canberra's urban reflections and symmetry, highlighting beauty in everyday life.
As a Year 10 student at Lyneham High, I was honoured to receive first prize in the Year 7–10 category. My work was displayed alongside 108 entries from 17 schools in the "Capturing Canberra" exhibition.
